John R. Morgan knows what’s on the test: He spent three and one-half years at Assessment Systems, Inc. (ASI—now Promissor) in its Real Estate Test Development program. During this period he was in charge of developing, maintaining, and enhancing the question pools and licensing exams for ASI’s then-20+ real estate client jurisdictions. Morgan conducted over two dozen state-specific test development committee meetings and consultations for real estate clients in those jurisdictions.
