Who are considered Wholesale School Students and how do they process a course completion?

If you have purchased your course though one of our Wholesale Schools you must contact your school for completion procedures. Do not submit your work to Americas Best. Your school's address, phone and School ID is listed on the packaging.

How will I receive my Certificate?

Depending on what state you are taking courses for you will either receive you certificate by email or postal service.

If you are an Alabama or Georgia student certificates will not be issued and you will be reported directly to the state as completed per our reporting schedule.

How long does it take to get a certificate ?

Once you have completed your course(s) and have submitted your results AND required forms a certificate of completion will be sent to you via one of the methods listed above.

If you would like a copy of the certificate faxed to you, you will need to either request it by fax or by email prior to completion.

Typically completion data is processed within two business days from the date of submission. However, please allow for holidays and weekends in your planning. For example, if you finish a course late Friday afternoon, you may not receive a certificate until at least the following business day, which is typically Monday. Similarly, please allow extra time during peak periods such as Jan.1 when many states all renew at the same time.

In other words, please be patient. We will do our best to provide the best customer service we can.

When will I be reported to the state?

Weekly completion rosters for ALL states are submitted to our corporate headquarters in Austin Texas, every Monday. Course completion reporting is from Friday to Friday every week. If you submit your course completion after Friday it will not be reported until the following Monday to our corporate office.

How do I know I am complete?

Ask yourself 4 questions:

1) Did I reach the very last page # displayed in the top right corner of the course?
2) Did I click on a button titled “Required Forms”?
3) Did I click on a button titled “Submit Completions”
4) Did I receive a Confirmation Email stating that my course was submitted?

If the answer to any of these are NO please log back into your course and complete it.

What are the time requirements in my state?

States with 50 minutes per clock hour requirements:

How do I add time to a course ?

If you have not met the time requirements of the state, your course will not be marked as complete and you will need to log additional time within the specified course. (See your sales receipt for the clock hours of your courses.)

You may log additional time by simply returning to the course and reviewing any section within the course title. Once you have accumulated enough time in your student info, your course will be marked as complete.

You may then return to the last page of the course and complete the submission process.

Note: If you let the program run unattended for more than 15 minutes it will “time out” and stop clocking your time. The timer will start again when you go to the next page.

What is my School ID # and where can I find it?

Americas Best School ID is: A001

If you have purchased the course through one of our satellite schools then you will need to contact them for their assigned school ID. Usually their school ID is printed on the package your software came in.
