with an 80% (70% on the state portion).
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

- And have a minimum of 30 residential transactions, OR 10
commericial, agricultural, or farm and ranch real estate
transactions.

completed annually
- A minimum of 4 hours of mandatory coursework must be
taken.
