- 60 hours of prelicense instruction and pass the state exam with an 80% (70% on the state portion).
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- 60 hours of prelicense instruction and pass the state exam with an 80%.
- At least 2 years as an active licensed salesperson.
- And have a minimum of 30 residential transactions, OR 10 commericial, agricultural, or farm and ranch real estate transactions.
- A total of 12 hours of continuing education must be completed annually
- A minimum of 4 hours of mandatory coursework must be taken.
